What is "Girls Getaway Society"?

We are a travel planning service specifically designed for women looking to spend some quality time or take a trip with their best girl friends. As once said by an American novelist "a friend is what the heart needs all the time"- at GGS we are passionate about bringing people together and creating unforgettable memories.

How does the process work?

After inquiring about the specific package that you're interested in, every service starts off with a free consultation/travel survey to help us get acquainted. If you decide to choose us for your next adventure, we will then begin the planning process! Based on the answers you've selected for your survey and your budget, GGS will create a custom itinerary and a list of activity and food recommendations. If choosing the full service add-on, once you approve your custom itinerary, we will go ahead a book!

For the girls looking for a more luxurious and all inclusive experience, this add on includes:

Where do you plan trips?

We plan trips anywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate international trips at this time

• Overnight accommodation booking

• 1 pre-booked activity per day

• Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner reservations

• 24/7 customer support for bookings made by GGS

• Payment for bookings can be made through GGS, and billed to you in installments

With the full service add-on, do I have to pay for the whole trip upfront?

While we require 50% of the total service fee upfront, the full price of the trip does not need to be paid upfront. While we offer an incentive for full payment, we offer multiple installment payments.

Please note: Once the itinerary is finalized and bookings are started, the required 50% of total service fee, is not refundable.

Will you book my flight or transportation?

We do not currently book flights or pre-arranged transportation at this time. However, with the exception of the "The DIY" package, we provide directions from the destination airport to your hotel, as well as, transportation options from the airport

What if I want the trip to be a complete surprise?

With surprise travel becoming increasingly popular, we would love to accommodate your surprise road trip! Complete surprise travel is not available for trips requiring flying.

Can I choose the destination, but keep the rest a surprise?

Absolutely! This a great option for any of our packages.

Do you only plan girls trips?

While we specialize in girls trips, as feminists, we are also happy to plan trips for your whole friend group and couples!

What if I'm using the full service add on, and need to cancel or reschedule my trip?

We understand that things happen! For that reason, with the exception of the initial service fee payment, trips may be cancelled or rescheduled by the predetermined deadline. Any cancellations or rescheduling beyond that date will not be refunded.

What type of trips do you plan?

Our services are perfect for girls trips, bachelorette parties, baby moons, couples retreats and so on! At GGS we are all about bringing people together and seeing where the adventure takes you.

What if I don't want to worry about additional payments for food or transportation during my trip?

No worries! With the full service add on , we can pre-purchase gift cards for meals and transportation that can be sent to you either digitally or via mail. No additional service fee required

How does payment work?

All payments for any package can be made through Venmo.
